The Seymour Duncan STC-2S-BO Tone Circuit allow you to add active EQ to your P or J bass without any drilling with this 2-band onboard active EQ with separate bass and treble pots, and switchable treble frequency.
The STC-2S-BO on board Tone Circuits add tremendous tonal versatility to your instrument. This circuit enables you to boost or cut EQ at center frequencies voiced specifically for electric bass. Features low noise, low distortion and high headroom. Originally voiced for use with Blackouts for Bass but with its switchable treble frequency, works well for all musical styles and genres. The lows are deep, clear, and tight.
There are two treble frequency centers to choose from. The lower setting is perfect for adding growl and bite to traditional P, J, and MM tones. The higher setting provides crystal clear top end to modern-sounding, full-frequency basses, and when used with Blackouts for Bass gives punishing clarity without being brittle.
The STC-2S-BO separates the treble and bass controls onto two pots. Includes all necessary mounting hardware high-quality potentiometers on pre-wired harness; battery clip; stereo jack; and black anodized, knurled, dome-style knobs.
