That means you can get powerful active performance with any pickup -- even classic-looking pickups -- using the same award-winning preamp in the Original Blackouts.
It all starts with swapping your volume pot for a Blackouts Modular Preamp -- a high quality potentiometer is built right in. Connections are simple, solid and solder-free. Now you can "Blackout" any pickup!
If you love the award-winning sound of the Original Blackouts, you can use the Blackouts Modular Preamp with the Blackouts Coil Pack pickups (not included). The Blackouts Coil Pack pickups are specially voiced to deliver the bold lows, superb highs and low noise of the Original Blackouts.
Package includes one Blackouts Modular Preamp (can be used with 1 to 3 pickups), an integrated volume pot and bare-wire lockdown system for solder free connections, three additional 25k potentiometers, jack, battery wiring harness, installation hardware and instructions. Pickups not included.
