The Nady XM-10 allows you to connect a lavalier or headworn microphone directly into a mixer console or mic preamp that is capable of supplying 48V phantom power. The XM-10 automatically converts the high 48V input voltage to lower voltages appropriate for small electret microphones. The mini-xlr jack (3-pin male) accepts most headworn and lav mic mini-xlr plugs and the standard XLR output easily connects to all mixer and preamp inputs.
