The famous LB-series pickup is now available for four-string acoustic bass guitar! This pickup system has four individual piezo sensors built into a high quality replacement saddle. The pickup provides incredibly accurate sound without overtones or discoloration, and can be played very hard without overloading. This is an excellent and extremely reliable system for both stage and studio use.
LB Preamp - This version of the AB-4 pickup includes a high quality, all discrete, Class A preamp built into a standard 1/4" endpin jack. The preamp is extremely quiet and has a very wide frequency response well suited for use with an acoustic bass guitar. Includes a soundhole mounted volume control, battery holder, and wiring harness.
Saddle dimensions: 1/8" W x 2-7/8" L x 13/32" H. Saddle blank requires shaping to match your existing saddle. Soldering required to connect pickup sensor to preamp. Professional installation recommended.
