General Shipping Guidelines

Processing Time - Most in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours, not including holidays and weekends. Please keep this in mind when ordering - the shipping estimates below are in addition to the processing time for your order. Please allow additional processing time for special orders or for items that are not in stock.

Product Availability - We stock what we sell, and can normally ship items directly from our existing supply. However, there may be times when an item is out of stock, for example when an item sells more than we currently have in stock and stock has not yet been replenished, or if there are supply problems or production delays with the manufacturer. We will notify you within 24 hours if an item is currently out of stock.

Note! To avoid delays, we highly recommend providing a local phone number for all orders in case we have a question about your order or need to confirm the shipping address. We will not call you unless we have a question or problem with your order.

United States Shipments

Most products (unless otherwise noted) can be shipped to any U.S. location including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. possessions, as well as APO/FPO (military) addresses, and post office boxes, using one of the following options:

• Standard Shipping - typically 4-7 days, not trackable, insurance optional, includes delivery confirmation
• USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 days, not trackable, insurance optional, includes delivery confirmation
• USPS Express Mail - 1-2 days, trackable and insured, signature required

International Shipments

Shipping is available to most countries, unless otherwise indicated. Buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties or Customs fees when package is received. Item will be declared at actual purchase price to Customs as "commercial sample", no exceptions.

• USPS Priority Mail International - 4-6 days plus time in Customs (about 2-3 weeks) to most countries, trackable to major cities, insurance optional. Shipments to Canada and Mexico typically arrive in about one week.
• USPS Express Mail International - 3-5 days plus time in Customs (about 1-2 weeks) to most countries, trackable and insured. Shipments to Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and Republic of Korea (South Korea) are guaranteed to arrive in 4-5 business days, including time in Customs. Shipments to Canada and Mexico typically arrive in one week or less.
• USPS Global Express Guaranteed - 4-5 business days guaranteed, including time in Customs.

Shipping estimates do not include order processing time, which is typically 1-2 business days for in-stock items. Priority Mail and Express Mail orders are expedited, and typically ship within one business day for in-stock items. Out of stock items ship when item is back in stock, typically within a few days - you will be notified by email if an item is currently out of stock.
