Q. Is my information secure on your web site?

Q. What payment types do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) as well as most debit and corporate cards, personal or business checks, and money orders. We can also accept a PayPal payment, and will accept purchase orders from approved schools, government institutions, and corporations (requires prior approval).
Q. Can I save on shipping costs for multiple items?
A. Yes. Shipping totals are automatically calculated based on the total order weight at checkout. See the Shipping Information page for more information about shipping.
Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. We collect sales tax only for shipments to California, at our current state sales tax rate of 7.75%. Shipments outside of California are not charged sales tax. Sales tax amounts are calculated automatically at checkout.
Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. We normally ship in-stock items on the next shipping cycle, usually within 1-2 business days. We can often ship the same day if the item is purchased before 12 noon Pacific time, and we will do our best to accommodate special shipping arrangements as quickly as possible.
