Schatten has taken the best features of their renowned Artist II preamp and built them into their new Player Series Endpin Jack Preamp. The Player Preamp is a single channel endpin jack preamp that features clean, crisp sound amplification and even, flat frequency response.
The Player Preamp runs from a single 9 volt battery (not included) for up to 2000 hours. Battery power is turned on and off automatically when a cable is inserted into the jack. A trim pot on the circuit board allows fine tuning of gain adjustments from 0 to 20 db to match your pickup (pickup not included).
